Is there a correct toe to place a toe ring?

The short answer is no, but a uninjured toe with a longer shaft will fit more comfortably in a shoe. Most people wear their toe rings on their second and third toe. The placement should be in the center, just below or at the first joint. If you think the ring is too tight going on it is because the wide toe pad keeps the toe ring from falling off while sleeping, swimming or in a shoe.  A fitted toe ring is designed to fit snug in the shaft of your toe and often is easier to slide off than on using Windex.

How do you remove a toe ring safely?

First, you must use some pressure and moisture to slide it over the pad (we like Windex the best),  it usually slips nicely on and off very easily.

How do I get a fitted ring on and off my toe?

​

A fitted toe ring might be a bit difficult to get over the tip of the toe, but when on, should rest comfortably at the center knuckle. We recommend using window cleaner or a non-oily evaporative wetting solution sprayed on your toe before trying to slide it on. 

Start by sliding the ring over the widest part of the toe in a rocking motion, pressing the ring from side to side. With a little pressure it should slide on.  When you have a good fit, you know it.

What if my toe ring doesn't feel right?

If you feel pain or see discoloration remove it immediately using Windex and contact us immediately.  Otherwise, try it for a day or two and you should know if the fit is right. We guarantee our toe rings for workmanship for 2 years and fit for up to 30 days, so you can feel confident with your purchase. If you need to return it for a refund, or to try a different size please contact us immediately so we can find a solution.  Toe rings purchased without a customized fitting are non-refundable.

We currently offer free shipping via regular USPS mail within the U.S.  Pleas understand we recommend a custom fitting for your toe rings unless you are currently an avid toe ring wearer and know your size.
